1. Who we are. See City Tours ("we," "us") is a New York–based sightseeing platform. We operate our own guided walking tours and act as a reseller/agent for third-party experiences (harbor and Statue of Liberty cruises, attraction tickets).
2. Bookings & payment. Prices in USD shown at checkout incl. taxes/fees. Payment is processed by Stripe: your card is authorised at booking and charged only when we confirm your reservation; we do not store card details, and Stripe processes them under its own terms. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation/voucher.
3. Partner-operated experiences. Resold experiences are delivered by independent operators subject to their terms, schedules, and cancellation policies. We are not the operator and are not liable for their conduct, but we will help resolve issues.
4. Changes & availability. Schedules/routes/availability may change (weather, safety, traffic, operator decisions). We offer a reschedule or refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy where we are the operator.
5. Your responsibilities. Arrive on time at the stated meeting point, follow safety instructions, carry any required IDs/tickets.
6. Assumption of risk (walking tours). Walking tours are outdoors and on foot in a city; you participate voluntarily and assume ordinary risks.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking claim is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
8. Intellectual property. Site content, brand, and images are owned by See City Tours or used with permission.
9. Governing law. Governed by the laws of the State of New York.
