- We collect contact and booking details you provide, plus basic usage data via cookies and analytics.
- We use it to answer enquiries, process bookings, support you, improve the site, and (with consent) send updates.
- We share only with payment processors, partner operators who fulfil bookings, and analytics providers.

- What we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone) via forms/bookings; booking details; usage data (device, pages) via cookies/analytics.
- How we use it. Respond to inquiries, process/fulfill bookings, support, improve the site, and (with consent) send updates.
- Cookies & analytics. Google Analytics 4 / Site Kit and similar. A consent banner lets you accept/decline non-essential cookies.
- Who we share with. Stripe, which processes your card payment: when you book, your card is authorised and charged only once we confirm your reservation. We do not store your card details; Stripe processes them under its own terms. We also share what is needed with partner operators who fulfil resold experiences, and use analytics (Google). We do not sell your personal information.
- International transfers. Contact from outside the US is processed in the US with reasonable safeguards. We accept customers located in the EU and EEA and apply GDPR protections to their personal data.
- Data retention. Kept only as long as needed or as law requires, then deleted/anonymized.
- Your rights.
- GDPR (EU/UK): access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing; visible confirmation when an opt-out is processed (2026), historical data back to Jan 1, 2022 where maintained.
- Children. Not directed to children under 13/16; we don't knowingly collect their data.
- Security. Reasonable technical and organizational measures.
