Tour refund policy at a glance
- Own walking tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before start — full refund.
- Within 24 hours of start, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
- If we cancel for weather, safety, or low numbers, choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
- Cruises, attraction tickets, and shuttle bookings follow the partner operator’s policy, shown at checkout.

Our own walking tours
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time — full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of start time are non-refundable (we hold the guide and the slot).
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If we cancel (weather, safety, low numbers), choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
Cruises, attraction tickets, and shuttle (partner-operated)
Operated by third-party partners and subject to that operator's cancellation and refund policy, shown at booking. We help you request a refund or change directly, but partner terms govern.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Amounts in USD.
